Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.navisajewelry.com , operated by Navisa Jewelry, a French brand specializing in jewelry and accessories.

Products

Navisa offers premium fashion jewelry. Navisa does not provide certificates of authenticity. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of taxes (VAT). Delivery charges may be added. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the customer accepts the GTC and completes payment.

Payment

Secure payment is made through external service providers. Navisa does not have access to customers’ banking details.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times: France 3–8 days, Europe 3–10 days. Shipping may be carried out from Europe or international partner locations.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to return an item, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Legal Guarantees

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

Liability

Navisa shall not be held liable in the event of improper use, carrier delays, or force majeure.
