1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or engraved jewellery

Custom-made pieces

Items bought during clearance or final sale

Products damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Attach photos or videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after:

The returned product is received

It passes quality inspection
Refund Types:

Original Payment Method: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)

Store Credit: Issued instantly after return approval

Replacement: Sent immediately after inspection is complete
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we can provide:

A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

Store credit to choose another item
Customized items cannot be exchanged.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

We will ensure a quick replacement or refund as per your preference.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
(Custom products cannot be canceled after production starts.)
