- All Navisa Jewellery orders are prepared and shipped from our own stock located in France.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but standard delivery within France generally takes 2–5 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- If a package is delayed due to the carrier, Navisa Jewellery cannot be held responsible, but we remain available to assist with any tracking concerns.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Refunds are issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- Navisa Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or manipulation.
